Ransomware cannot encrypt data that is physically disconnected from the network. Even in case of total compromise of your infrastructure, your air-gapped backups remain intact.

Air-gapped backups are by nature inaccessible to digital attacks while they are offline. With AirGapped Drive PBS, you always have 2 weeks of offline backups on disk, plus one week online with snapshot restore points. Additionally, PBS snapshots allow you to restore from a point before the attack from the online disk.
